Residency Match Mentorship Program

Terms and Conditions / Service Agreement

By enrolling in the Residency Match Mentorship Program (“Program”) offered by Med Mentors (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “Student,” or “you”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Description

The Program is an educational and mentorship-based service designed to provide guidance, resources, and support related to the residency application process. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Group coaching calls

  • Educational materials and resources

  • Application strategy guidance

  • General advising related to residency applications

The Program does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including residency interviews or matching into a program.

2. No Guarantee of Results

You acknowledge that:

  • Match outcomes depend on multiple factors outside the Company’s control (e.g., academic performance, exam scores, letters of recommendation, interview performance).

  • Participation in the Program does not guarantee matching into residency or receiving interviews.

3. Payment and Subscription Terms

  • The Program is offered as a monthly subscription.

  • By enrolling, you authorize recurring billing to your provided payment method.

Billing

  • You will be charged on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise specified.

  • Payments are due in advance of each billing cycle.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. 

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.

 

4. Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

  • No refunds will be provided for:

    • Failure to attend sessions

    • Lack of participation

    • Change in personal circumstances

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Actively participate and engage in the Program

  • Provide accurate and honest information

  • Maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions

You understand that your results depend largely on your own effort and follow-through.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree to:

  • Treat all participants and mentors with respect

  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior

  • Not share or distribute inappropriate or offensive content

The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from the Program for violations of this policy without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided in the Program, including but not limited to:

  • Videos

  • Templates

  • Guides

  • Recorded sessions

are the intellectual property of the Company.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or share materials

  • Record sessions without permission

  • Resell or redistribute any Program content

8. Confidentiality

  • Group calls and discussions may involve sharing personal experiences.

  • You agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants.

  • The Company is not responsible for breaches of confidentiality by other participants.

9. Disclaimer

The Program is for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not provide:

  • Legal advice

  • Medical advice

  • Official residency application decisions or endorsements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Program.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms

  • Modify or discontinue the Program at any time

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updates.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State].

14. Acknowledgment

By purchasing and participating in the Program, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions

  • You agree to be legally bound by them

15. Recording Consent

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Group coaching calls, Q&A sessions, and other Program interactions may be recorded.

  • These recordings may be used for educational, training, and quality improvement purposes.

  • Recordings may be made available to other Program participants as part of the Program resources.

By participating in live sessions, you consent to being recorded. If you prefer not to be recorded, you may choose to keep your camera off and refrain from speaking during recorded sessions.

16. Testimonials and Media Release

By participating in the Program, you grant the Company permission to:

  • Use your name and general feedback for marketing and promotional purposes

  • Share testimonials, reviews, or success stories you voluntarily provide

We will not disclose sensitive personal information (e.g., exam scores, application details) without your explicit permission.

If you wish to opt out of testimonial or promotional use, you may contact us in writing at any time.
